Products and Merchandise
DRM Box Co. sells boxes containing merchandise sourced from unclaimed, returned, overstock, shelf-pull, and other secondary-market inventory.
The specific merchandise included in each box varies based on the inventory available when the order is prepared. Specific products, brands, categories, styles, sizes, colors, quantities, conditions, or retail values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product listing.
Product photos, videos, livestreams, social media content, and other promotional materials are for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that a particular product will be included in an order.
Merchandise Condition
Due to the nature and source of our inventory, merchandise may be new, returned, shelf-pull, overstock, previously handled, or otherwise sourced through the secondary market.
Retail packaging may be missing, opened, damaged, marked, labeled, or show signs of handling. Individual merchandise may also have cosmetic imperfections or other signs of prior handling.
We make reasonable efforts to inspect merchandise when practical; however, the complete history and condition of individual merchandise may not always be known.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout where required.
DRM Box Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order. If DRM Box Co. cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Final Sale
Due to the nature of our products, all box sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds based on personal preference, duplicate merchandise, brand, size, color, condition consistent with the disclosed nature of our inventory, perceived value, or because a customer does not want or have a use for merchandise received.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Customer-requested cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, DRM Box Co. generally does not accept cancellations or order changes.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier delays are outside DRM Box Co.’s control.
Claims involving packages that are lost or damaged while in the carrier's possession may need to be handled through the applicable shipping carrier.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and other website information accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

The DRM Box Co. name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, and original promotional materials are owned by or licensed to DRM Box Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in merchandise sold by DRM Box Co. does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our content in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
